Who should use this website? And How?

These are the 3 types of people who should use this website. And this is how they should go about it.

‘What more’ people

  • You are already undergoing a medical treatment.
  • You want to ask "what else can I do?"
  • Start with the 'Illnesses' Menu.
  • If you don't see your specific body system in that menu, try the 'Search...' (🔍) menu. Type your condition there.
  • If it is too technical or detailed, mention the broad system. For example, don't search for 'idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura'. Instead, type 'blood disorder'.
  • You will get a list of articles to read.

‘What’s new’ people

  • You are a healthy and health-conscious person.
  • You want to ask "what's new in preventive health?"
  • Start with the 'Nutrients' menu.
  • Select the specific category of nutrients.
  • You will get a list of articles from which you can learn about the preventive health aspects of that nutrient.

‘Just curious’ people

  • You are neither an unhealthy nor a health-conscious.
  • You want to ask "just curious what you guys have?"
  • Start with the 'Living' menu.
  • See if any of the categories interest you.
  • If not, go to the "List of All Articles" thumbnail a bit lower on the home page.
  • You will surely find some article that intrigues you.
